Aristides Trimindis

Aristides Trimindis is the Managing Director of Istos Global. He has a BSc in Economics from the University of Cyprus. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), where he represents the Firm in the European Union Committee of the Institute.
Aristides specializes in International Tax Planning and structuring as well as in VAT.

Aristides has extensive experience in auditing of organizations across a variety of industries, as well as considerable experience in the application of Cyprus and International tax legislation. He has many years of experience in Big Four and medium sized Firms in Cyprus where he has undertaken a number of international assignments including audits, tax planning exercises and financial due diligence.

Margarita specializes in International Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards on Auditing.

Margarita has gained extensive experience in the audit and Taxation of local and international groups of companies operating in various types of industries. She has many years of experience in a Big Four Firm. She is also a senior tutor for the ICAEW and ACCA examinations specializing in Financial Reporting, Accounting, Audit and Financial Management.
